I have paid, but have not received any information.

There are following possible causes:

• The order information e-mail went to junk mail
• The order information e-mail is delayed
• An incorrect e-mail address was entered or there was some e-mail delivery error
• Your order is still being processed
• Payment was declined

If you have not received anything within 3 hours after completing your online order, please follow these steps:

• Check your junk mail folder.
• Try our replacement request form.
• If none of above works, please contact us.

If you paid by PayPal

Please make sure that you have completed all the necessary steps in your PayPal account to complete the payment procedure. Your order can only be processed after your PayPal payment has cleared. Sometimes it may take an additional time for PayPal payments to clear.

If you used bank transfer or PO

Bank transfers and purchase orders are usually processed within 2 weeks from the date you submitted your order. This is because delivery can be made only after your payment has been received in full.
